With a strong commitment to service, education, and community development, Henry Crowell JR. Academy of Excellence and K.C.A is organized into specialized ministries. Each ministry focuses on a specific program or area of service designed to support individuals, families, and the broader community.

• Church
  Helping our community grow in membership and supporting initiatives that strengthen our mission and outreach efforts.
• K-12 Education (Brick and Mortar School)
  Providing structured academic programs and educational support for students from elementary through high school.
• Online Education
  Providing educational opportunities for individuals seeking continued learning and academic advancement through structured educational programs.
• Higher Education Programs
  Offering post-secondary educational opportunities, including Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctorial Degree programs for individuals pursuing academic and professional development.
• Certificate & Credential Programs
  Providing certification and credential-based training programs, including National Certified Chaplain and Hospice Chaplain Certification, to support ministry service and community-focused careers.
• Community Outreach
  Responsible for organizing outreach activities to benefit orphaned children, individuals experiencing homelessness, and elderly members of the community.
• Feeding Program
  Organizes community members and volunteers to participate in food distribution efforts for the homeless and underserved populations.
• Youth Center
  Engages youth through mentorship, guidance, and structured activities led by professionals from various fields who serve as positive role models.
• Community Resource Center
  Provides access to information and assistance related to health, employment, and domestic concerns through the support of social workers and community volunteers.
• Computer Classes
  Offering computer literacy training for adults of all ages to help develop practical technology skills for employment and daily use.
• Technical Education (Plumbing & Air Conditioning)
  Providing vocational and technical training programs in plumbing and air conditioning, including Christian-based technical education for individuals pursuing trade-based career paths.
• Early Childhood & CDA Training
  Facilitating early childhood education programs, including a 40-hour training and Child Development Associate (CDA) preparation for individuals working with young children.
• Church Services
  A ministry responsible for scheduling church services, prayer and praise sessions, baptisms, and community general assemblies.
