At Henry Crowell JR. Academy of Excellence and K.C.A, there are Social Workers and Volunteer Community Workers who will handle health, employment, and domestic issues. They are tasked with providing access to valuable information to members and non-members in the areas of:

• Health Management
• Health Care and Medical Services
• Hospitalization Subsidy
• Alternative Living Arrangements
• Parenting Coaching
• Counseling (Individual and Group)
• Bereavement Support
• Assisting with completing the Access Florida application for government assistance
• Use of a computer for other services
